When can I return an order? From the day the customer receives the shipment confirmation mail, they will have a period of 14 working days to return the product, provided that it is in perfect condition, unused and in its original packaging. The cost of the reshipment is borne by the customer. Once we have received the merchandise and check the status of it, we will proceed to the change.
When the size of your ring is not correct.
When your order is not as you expected and you want to change it for another of equal or greater amount.
When the order comes with defective, in this case write to email@example.com.
The engraved jewelry CANNOT be changed.

Warranty All our jewels have a warranty of 12 months in case of flaw or other damages not caused by misuse or wear and tear.
All our jewelry is sterling silver 925 mm or brass plated in 3 microns of gold.
Care tips for silver jewelry Avoid touching the jewelry with other pieces (especially if they are engraved). Although silver is a precious metal, keep it away cosmetics or chemicals. If you are not wearing your jewel, keep it in its box or in a dry, enclosed space. It is advisable to use a soft cloth with warm water to clean its parts.
Care tips for gold plating Our plating is of high quality and it's made with a lot of gold so it is very tough, but it is preferable to remove your jewel if you bathe in the sea or pools, or when showering or exercising. You should always avoid contact of the jewel with cosmetics or chemicals.
The pH of your skin influences in the status of the jewel; in some cases, it can dark your jewel sooner.
