Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the pieces purchased in DIME QUE ME QUIERES JEWELRY SLU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange it for another piece of the same value or higher, for a voucher without expiration date, only valid in the online store. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In the case of outlet items, returns are not allowed..

We inform that in our physical stores you can exchange an online purchase for another product or for a voucher that has no expiration date, in any case we will proceed to refund the money, if applicable, this will be done through the online department, it is also absolutely essential to present the printed invoice.

ATTENTION: For hygienic reasons, earring returns will not be accepted. Personalized jewelry or piercings will not be exchanged.

Care and materials

All our jewels are made of 925 thousandth silver or brass plated with three microns of 750 thousandths (18KT) first grade gold or silver plated with three microns of 750 thousandths (18KT) first grade gold. In the duration and condition of your jewel, the PH of our skin influences a lot which, in some cases, can make the jewel darken more quickly.
