How to care for your jewellery?
Our jewellery can be made of 925 sterling silver, 18 KT gold-plated sterling silver or 18 KT gold-plated brass (750 thousandths) or silver. In the description section of each piece of jewellery we will specify the production material.
Care for 925mm sterling silver:
Avoid rubbing the jewellery against other jewellery (especially if it is engraved). Although silver is a noble metal, you should keep it away from cosmetic or chemical products. Always keep it in its box or in a dry and closed place when not in use. Depending on the PH of our skin, in some cases, it can cause the jewellery to oxidise, but it only needs cleaning. Silver is a metal that requires periodic cleaning. To clean the pieces you can use warm water and neutral soap or specific products for cleaning silver jewellery, remember to dry your jewellery very well.
Care for gold plated jewellery (brass or silver) .
For gold or silver plated jewellery it is best to remove the jewellery if you bathe in the sea or swimming pools, take a shower or exercise. You should always avoid contact with cosmetic or chemical products. Depending on the PH of our skin in some cases, it can cause the jewellery to darken or oxidise more quickly. To clean the pieces you can use warm water and neutral soap or specific products for cleaning gold or silver plated jewellery. Remember that plated jewellery requires specific care as it is plated, avoid rubbing to preserve your piece for longer and take care of it with love.

DIME offers a 3 years warranty as long as the purchase receipt or online order reference is kept. During the first six months the warranty covers any quality problem of the part, after six months the part will have to be assessed by a workshop and if the repair has a cost we will contact the customer so that he can accept or refuse the budget.
If, for reasons beyond our control, the part has been damaged by improper use and the customer wishes to have it repaired, he/she can deliver it to any of our physical establishments or send it* to our workshop for repair.
*The customer will bear the cost of sending it to our workshop.
