Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the pieces purchased in DIME QUE ME QUIERES JEWELRY SLU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange it for another piece of the same value or higher, for a voucher without expiration date, only valid in the online store. Care and materials

All our jewels are made of 925 thousandth silver or brass plated with three microns of 750 thousandths (18KT) first grade gold or silver plated with three microns of 750 thousandths (18KT) first grade gold. In the duration and condition of your jewel, the PH of our skin influences a lot which, in some cases, can make the jewel darken more quickly.
