Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the pieces purchased in DIME QUE ME QUIERES JEWELRY SLU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange it for another piece of the same value or higher, for a voucher without expiration date, only valid in the online store. The piece must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. In the case of outlet items, returns are not allowed..

ATTENTION: For hygienic reasons, earring returns will not be accepted. Personalized jewelry or piercings will not be exchanged.

Care and materials

All our jewels are made of 925 thousandth silver or brass plated with three microns of 750 thousandths (18KT) first grade gold or silver plated with three microns of 750 thousandths (18KT) first grade gold.
